Friday at 10:00 -  John Elsley, with Wayside Gardens will be presenting a variety of great plants! Lunch will be served both days starting at 11:30.        John Elsley John Elsley was educated in England and worked at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew, England, which is considered to have some of the greatest gardens and collections in the world.  He was also Curator of Hardy Plants at the Missouri Botanical Gardens.   Wayside was at the forefront of plant introductions during the 1980's, when Mr. Elsley was responsible for the selection and procurement for Park Retail and Wayside Introductions.  He worked at Song Sparrow for 10 years and helped with the selection of new products for wholesale and retail divisions including the e-commerce site of Martha Stewart.  Traveling extensivley around the world, touring private and public gardens is one of his favorite activities, aside from working in his own elaborate gardens!     Hawksridge Farms PO Box 3349 Hickory, NC  28603 (800)874-4216 Fax(828)294-4299 Physical Address: 4243 S.
